Eucalyptus Essential Oil
It’s one of the most powerful antiseptic oils that helps ease the pain of sore muscles and tired feet. Emotionally and energetically, eucalyptus is known for it’s powers of purification and clearing of negative energy.
Peppermint Essential Oil
One of the main components of peppermint essential oils is menthol, which is refreshing and cooling. Similar to eucalyptus, it’s also great at pain relief for tired and aching feet. Another cool property of peppermint is that it promotes mental clarity, encourages positivity and helps to overcome negative thoughts.
Olive oil is calming, skin softening and rich enough to be highly beneficial for dry skin.
Sea salt is rich in minerals, and help draw out toxins and revitalize the skin.
