15 Clean Eating Staples and Superfoods

Detox for Weight Loss?

Whenever I’m doing a juice cleanse or a 2-3 week clean eating cleanse, people always ask me “What’s the point?  I mean, it’s not like I’m going to continue to eat like that all the time, so why bother?”  But probably the most common question… Will I lose weight on a detox?
